Periodical Payment Orders have been thrust into the limelight again, following the recent Court of Appeal judgement in the Thompstone cases. Altough the appeals process has yet to run its course, the potential implications are profound and will impact on all cases involving future loss.

David Wilby QC will review matters from a legal perspective and Richard Fraser (Managing Director of Frenkel Topping) will look at the financial implications of the judgements and how they may afffect future claims. Jeremy Freedman will also be presenting a Personal Injury Update, highlighting recent issues of interest to practitioners.
