During his pupillage Patrick will be observing and working under the supervision of his supervisors, John Jackson and Natalia Levine, on a broad range of public and private law children work, observing hearings in the Magistrates', County and High Courts.

During his pupillage, Patrick will also be observing a range of family finance matters. He will be observing members of Chambers in matrimonial finance disputes, as well as cohabitation disputes arising under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) and matters arising under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.
Patrick will be observing the full range of financial remedy hearings, including First Directions Appointments, Financial Dispute Resolution hearings and Final Hearings.
