Representing the interests of claimants, defendants and third parties in hundreds of credit hire claims, both at first instance and on appeal.

He successfully resisted applications for 3rd party disclosure orders in respect of cross-hire documents upon the basis that such documents were not relevant to the issues between the parties and the defendant's suspicions about the contents of such documents were unsupported by credible evidence.

Successfully appealed against a decision to order specific disclosure of cross-hire documents upon the basis that such documents were not within the control of the claimant and were not relevant to issues between the parties.
