Direct Access

In 2004 the referral rules changed and now it is possible for individuals, businesses, charities and other organisations to instruct barristers directly, this is known as Direct Public Access.

Some cases aren’t suitable for direct access but our experienced clerks can discuss your case further and let you know if it is appropriate to arrange a consultation with a specialist barrister.
