Stephen Friday

Stephen has been consistently recommended in the independent guides to the legal profession as a leading junior in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury and he practices exclusively in these areas. His recommendations in the guides describe him as having “a very good eye for detail” and taking “a very hands-on, commercial approach to case-building” as well as being “very forensic in his approach to cases” and “able to filter through large volumes of information to get to the issue(s) in the case.” His breadth of knowledge, persuasive advocacy and ability to put client’s at ease have all been highlighted. Stephen acts for and against hospital trusts and other healthcare professionals and has wide experience of clinical negligence claims more details of which can be seen on his clinical negligence CV below. Stephen has 25 years of experience dealing with personal injury claims for both Claimants and Defendants and details of his practice can be seen on his personal injury CV below.
