We’re delighted to share that Hannah Lynch has been commissioned by LexisNexis, a leading resource for legal research and analysis.

Her article, “Pre-disposition is fine, pre-determination is not—High Court rejects challenge to new Ofsted framework”, provides an in-depth examination of the High Court’s decision to dismiss a judicial review challenge to Ofsted’s updated inspection framework.
