Everything but the Kitchen Sink

In the June edition of AvMA's newsletter, specialist Clinical Negligence barristers, Jonathan Godfrey gave his thoughts on the leading case of Robshaw v United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust 2015 (EWCH 923) QB - a significant case because of the high figure awarded, but also the judicial scrutiny given to the heads of future loss. His article is featured on this post.

Jonathan is a well-known figure amongst AvMA members and followers. In February he delivered a lecture at their Leeds conference on Fatal Accidents, and later this year he'll be speaking again at conferences in Leeds and Manchester on the subject of future loss claims in clinical negligence matters.
