Dillon commenced his civil and employment pupillage in April 2026 under the supervision of Bronia Hartley.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Dillon worked as a paralegal in the catastrophic injury department of an international law firm, working for major insurer clients. In this role, Dillon assisted on a wide range of claims including complex polytrauma, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain conditions, severe psychological injuries, and functional neurological disorder.
Dillon has previously volunteered as a trade union representative at USDAW, where he represented members in grievance and disciplinary meetings. Dillon has also volunteered at the Greater Manchester Law Centre, where he represented clients in the Social Security Tribunal, as well as helping advise clients as part of the employment team.
