About

Theo commenced his family pupillage in October 2025 under the supervision of Simon Wilkinson and Ian Hutchinson.

He studied LLB Law at University College London and took part in mooting competitions throughout, winning UCL’s Senior Mooting Competition. He was awarded the Connor Scholarship by the Middle Temple and the Leonard Sainer Legal Education Foundation Scholarship by UCL to complete the Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.

Whilst at university, Theo worked with Impact Law for Social Justice to create toolkits for practitioners to use in Child Rights Strategic Litigation to empower and educate the young people involved in that litigation. The toolkits were published by the Advancing Child Rights Strategic Litigation project.

Whilst on the Bar Course he helped to organise and prepare the Youth Justice Legal Centre’s annual summit in 2025. The theme of the summit was ‘Collaborating with Children: Applying Child First Principles in Practice’, focusing on the role and journey of young people through the justice system.
