Yorkshire Legal Awards 2017 – Chambers is delighted to be shortlisted for ‘Chambers of the Year’
We're delighted to announce that we've been shortlisted for 'Chambers of the Year' by the judges of this year's Yorkshire Legal Awards. The award ceremony will take place on 12th October at New Dock Hall, Leeds.
2017 marks the 10 year anniversary of the formation of Parklane Plowden Chambers following the merger of Park Lane with Plowden Chambers on 1st October 2007. The merger paved the way for us to develop a national reputation in several specialist fields of civil law, and secure our place as a leading legal light on the North Eastern Circuit.
Over the past 10 years we have increased our national profile securing major contracts with several leading insurers, as well as regional advisory panel contracts. We have grown in barrister numbers; developed several niche practice areas; implemented management changes that support exceptional service delivery and also been involved in many leading cases.
We are very much a part of the Yorkshire legal community and look forward to celebrating the success of our friends and colleagues in the autumn.
