
Representing both Claimants and Defendants, Andrew acts in a broad range of personal injury litigation, including public liability work arising from Highways Act claims and occupiers' liability cases. He is also regularly instructed in fatal accident cases, whether arising from road traffic accidents or accidents in the workplace. His employers' liability practice extends to advising and appearing in a range of industrial disease cases, as well as in those involving accidents in the workplace.
Andrew has also acted in a number of holiday claims, both for and against the holiday provider / tour operator.
Representing both Claimants and Defendants, Andrew acts in a broad range of commercial disputes including those involving the sale of goods, corporate financial arrangements, partnerships and insurance cover. He has also been instructed in a number of disputes arising from agricultural tenancies that have been dealt with by way of arbitration.
Andrew has also acted in a number of liquor and hackney carriage licensing cases, both at first instance and on appeal.
Andrew has experience of and undertakes cases involving fraud and LVI claims.

Andrew has lectured on the instruction of experts (CPR Part 35), the impact of personal injury law in the workplace and in places of education, as well as providing 'update' personal injury talks.
