Re-engagement Orders

The new President of the EAT, Simler P, agreed that the Tribunal had erred by failing to properly consider the mandatory statutory requirements set out in s116 ERA 1996 and in failing to properly identify the nature of the employment the Council was expected to re-engage the Claimant into. She also overturned a costs order made against the Council. A full transcript will available soon and a link will be made available.
