Parklane Plowden Barrister, Tom Semple, features in the March 2020 edition of the AvMA newsletter.

He writes about a case involving Derbyshire County Council  who became the first local authority to be successfully prosecuted by the Care Quality Commission following the death of  care home resident. 

Tom was instructed by Dr Charlotte Connor of AvMA to represent Miss Allen’s family at the inquest on 23-25 April 2018.
