Join us at our latest breakfast seminar at the BPP University Law School, Leeds where members of our specialist Wills, Trust and Probate Team Nicola Phillipson and Holly Challenger will be discussing the issues of undue influence relating to lifetime transfers and wills.

Programme

8:00 - 8:30 - Registration, light breakfast and refreshments

8:30 - 9:00 - Nicola Phillipson: Nicola will look at the law relating to undue influence as it relates to lifetime transfers and gifts left by will.

9:00 - 9:30 - Holly Challenger: Holly will talk about her recent case of Ramji v Harvey (2023) EWHC 1664 (Ch) in which she successfully set aside a lifetime transfer on the ground on undue influence.

Registration is from 8:00 am, allowing for an opportunity to enjoy a light breakfast and for you to ask any questions to our speakers prior to the seminar session starting at 8:30 am.
