Parklane Plowden Golf Day 2009

Chambers annual Golf day was held at Pannal Golf Club, Harrogate. Pannal welcomed members and clients to the Open Championship Regional Qualifying Course.

10 teams battled it out on one of the hottest day's of the year on this very challenging yet beautiful course. The winning team "Gatley on Libel and Slander" made up of Corin Furness, Oliver Longstaff and Valda Grant (Transcare Law) pipped "Charlesworth and Percy" Chris Harwood (C W Harwood and Co), Ross Carr (Browell Smith & Co) and David Wilby QC to the post.

The longest drive was won by Paul Scrutton (Frenkel Topping) and the nearest pin was won by Ross "The Bandit" Carr (Browell Smith and Co).

The days events were topped off with a dinner and prize giving awards.
