PLP ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
David Kilduff our non-executive chairman will be stepping down having served for two terms.
During his tenure, David supported Parklane Plowden in achieving significant growth and strengthening its reputation across its practice areas.
As non-executive chairman, he oversaw major changes to chambers’ branding, marketing and business development, as well as providing guidance on staffing and recruitment matters.
He also played a key role in the refurbishment of chambers’ Leeds city centre office on Westgate, as well as the sourcing and fit-out of new premises in Newcastle.
Formed in 2007 following the merger of Parklane Chambers in Leeds and Plowden Chambers in Newcastle, Parklane Plowden is home to 119 barristers, led by head of chambers Elizabeth Hodgson.
Commenting on his departure David said:
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chambers: we have addressed a number of significant challenges collaboratively and constructively and I leave Chambers on a stronger footing than when I arrived.”
During his career, David held the position of head of energy, infrastructure and government at national law firm Walker Morris, and is currently non-executive chair of Zenith Housing Solutions.
Parklane Plowden head of chambers, Elizabeth Hodgson, added:
