Join members of our Private Children Team for the first webinar in our series of three hybrid webinars throughout the year.

The webinar will be hosted by Alex Taylor, discussing Presumption and Starting Points in Private Children, with Naakesha Michl presenting Domestic Abuse as Justification for No Contact and / or Removing Parental Responsibility.

This hybrid webinar will take place in our Leeds Chambers and will be streamed via Zoom from 5pm. Handouts will also be circulated after the event.
