Same difference in disability discrimination

Sophie Firth examines Griffiths v The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions [2015] EWCA Civ 1265, in which the Court of Appeal clarified the nature of the comparison exercise in reasonable adjustments cases, and found that proposed adjustments to a sickness policy were not reasonable.
