About

Megan has a growing clinical negligence, inquests, personal injury and court of protection practice.

Megan accepts instructions in fast-track and multi-track cases, including undertaking costs work at CCMCs. Megan is competent and confident to act in cases above her level of call. She is thorough in her paperwork, reliable in court and readily available to answer queries via email or telephone.

“[Megan’s] command of the material and the focus of her questioning was very impressive. Certainly, I have seen counsel of many more years call make a far less effective job of far more straightforward inquests” Assistant Coroner, February 2021.

Before joining chambers, Megan worked as a catastrophic injury paralegal at a top ranked law firm in The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners focusing on brain and spinal cord injury cases. She was graded as ‘Outstanding’ at bar school and achieved the highest grade nationally at the University of Law.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys cooking, horse riding, houseplants and all things interior design. She dreams of renovating a Georgian house one day, with a modern twist.

Areas of Expertise

Megan is a very capable junior and accepts instructions on behalf of claimants and defendants. She will advise on both liability and quantum and undertake court work including associated inquests at an early stage.
