Simon Wilkinson appointed to be a Fee-Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Mental Health) and also as a Fee-Paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunal.

We are delighted to announce that the Senior President of the Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder has appointed Simon Wilkinson to be a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Mental Health) and that the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC has appointed him as a Fee-Paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England & Wales). Simon will commence sitting part-time later this year in addition to continuing in his practice.
