Attendees will gain practical insight into the new procedure including the enhanced focus on early information gathering, the role of Cafcass, the approach to identifying and managing risk, and the increased emphasis on achieving child-focused, problem-solving outcomes.
Deborah Shield, Charlotte Wilce & Julia Nelson – Pathfinder: Next Steps and Looking Ahead
This session will outline the new procedure step-by-step with guidance on how to prepare clients and manage expectations at each stage.
