Dillon commenced his mixed civil and employment pupillage in April 2026 under the supervision of Andrew Crouch, Bronia Hartley, and Tim Wilkinson.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Dillon worked as a paralegal in the catastrophic injury department of an international law firm, working for major insurer clients. In this role, Dillon assisted on a wide range of claims including complex polytrauma, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain conditions, severe psychological injuries, and functional neurological disorder.
Dillon has previously volunteered as a trade union representative at USDAW, where he represented members in grievance and disciplinary meetings. Dillon has also volunteered at the Greater Manchester Law Centre, where he represented clients in the Social Security Tribunal, as well as helping advise clients as part of the employment team.

Dillon has seen Personal Injury work ranging from the Multi-Track to the Small Claim Track under the supervision of Andrew crouch and Bronia Hartley. This experience ranges from trials and JSM’s, to application hearings and CCMC’s. This is supplemented by Dillon’s work as a paralegal in the catastrophic injury department of an international law firm, working for major insurer clients. In this role, Dillon assisted on a wide range of claims including complex polytrauma, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain conditions, severe psychological injuries, and functional neurological disorder.
Under the supervision on Bronia Hartley, Dillon has observed a range of inquest work in pupillage. This includes both Jamieson and Middleton inquests, both with and without a jury, as well as seeing Pre Inquest Review Hearings.
Dillon has observed a range of employment work under the supervision of Tim Wilkinson. This includes claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and contractual claims, in both preliminary hearings and final hearings in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. This is supplemented by Dillon’s previous experience as a trade union representative at USDAW, where he represented members in grievance and disciplinary meetings. Dillon has also volunteered at the Greater Manchester Law Centre, where he advised clients as part of the employment team.
