Parklane Plowden in collaboration with Carter Burnett will be hosting an evening for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitors on Tuesday 06 June to discuss Jackson, The Next Phase: Discussion of the October Reforms.

The Implementation of the Extended Fixed Recoverable Costs (FRC) regime will come into place from the 01 October 2023. This event will provide the perfect opportunity to debate and discuss the October reforms which will soon be applicable to most Civil Litigation cases.

The evening will be hosted by Head of Parklane Plowden's Head of Civil Team, Stuart Jamieson and Carter Burnett's directors, Lee Carter and Jon-Paul Burnett.

Carter Burnett's very own Solicitor Advocate Seamus Kelly and Senior Costs Draftsperson Sean Linley will be joining us as headline speakers.

Following the talk, there will be a Q&A session.

With changes to Fixed Recoverable Costs set to apply for claims where proceedings are issued on or after 1 October 2023 (except for personal injury), the Conference is expected to attract a bumper crowd.

The tickets are £15 per person, drinks and nibbles will be provided.
