Adam is a civil practitioner who focuses on commercial, insurance and employment matters. He is regularly instructed in disputes pertaining to consumer credit, general contract and unjust enrichment. Adam is particularly interested in insolvency proceedings and partnership disputes.
Adam undertakes employment work on behalf of Claimants and Respondents. He has recently acted in a number of county court cases involving covenants in employment contracts.
Adam’s court practice is underpinned by his ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and deliver straightforward, robust advice. He is equally capable of providing concise, pragmatic written advice at each stage of proceedings.
Prior to joining Chambers, Adam was an Associate Lecturer at the University of Salford. He lectured contract, tort and company law.
