- The successful opposition at trial of an IT service provider’s attempt to recover invoices exceeding £1 million following the acquisition of a public house.
- Successful recovery following trial of a six-figure advance in a consumer credit dispute involving allegations of unregulated lending.
- Discharge of ex-parte injunction at return hearing, having persuaded the Court that the Applicant failed to discharge their duties of fair presentation and full and frank disclosure. Indemnity costs recovered.
- Unlawful means conspiracy involving significant and protracted conversion of Claimant’s assets.
- Contract dispute in the High Court (KBD) against senior counsel.
- Contract dispute in the High Court (Business and Property Courts) concerning various loan agreements between a company and its shareholders.
- 7-figure dispute pertaining to mis-sold joint venture with international and property elements.
- 7-figure dispute pertaining to conspiracy to deprive minority shareholder of pre-emption rights and unlawfully dilute shares.
- 7-figure dispute pertaining to unlawful cancellation of a minority’s shares.
