Adam regularly receives instructions on behalf of claimants and defendants to advise on all aspects of PI litigation, draft pleadings and provide representation at interlocutory hearings and trials. His experience includes:

Adam has a busy commercial practice and accepts instructions in a wide variety of areas. His recent experience includes advising on, drafting pleadings in and attending hearings in the following matters:

2. Consumer credit;
3. Consumer rights;
4. Construction disputes; 
5. Debt recovery; 
6. Financial mis-selling;
7. Insolvency proceedings;
8. Intellectual property;
9. Misrepresentation;

11. Wrongful interference with goods / claims for recovery of good

Adam strives to complete paperwork within 14 days of receiving instructions. He also accepts “urgent” instructions on a case-by-case basis and is content to deliver advice in either written or oral form, as required.

Recent talks include "Disclosure: how to get what you need, when you need it", which included a detailed overview of the Norwich Pharmacal jurisdiciton. 

Adam regularly receives instructions to represent insurers in a wide range of matters; particularly, test case litigation focussing on credit hire and contentious CPR disputes.

Under the tutelage of Steven Turner during pupillage, Adam was exposed to:

1. High value credit hire disputes;
2. Fraud ring;
3. Staged accidents;
4. LVI; and
5. Phantom passenger claims.

Adam also deals with commercial insurance matters and is currently engaged in a high-value indemnity claim centred on the provisions of the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012.

Adam regularly receives instructions to attend CCMCs on behalf of claimants and defendants in a variety of matters. He also accepts instructions to attend interlocutory hearings pertaining to the dis-application of QOCS following discontinuance.
