Clinical Negligence Grandstand Events
The Parklane Plowden 2024 Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Seminar Programme has kicked-off with our new-look grandstand events dedicated to Clinical Negligence.
Two comprehensive talks: Interim Payments in Maximum Severity Cases by Howard Elgot and Jade Ferguson and Secondary Victims by Anna Datta and Abigail Telford have been particularly well received, whilst our new innovative 'Speed Lectures' have provided a lighthearted approach to delivering five bite-sized talks on complicated subjects, each against a five minute clock.
Andrew Axon (Material Contribution), Mike Hill (Informed Consent), Hylton Armstrong (Causation), Leila Benyounes (Fatals/Inquests) and Megan Crowther (Fixed Recoverable Costs) all managed to successfully beat the clock.
It was a full house at our Leeds premises for the first outing on 8th February and we look forward to welcoming an equally strong turnout in our Newcastle home on 29th February, where the event will be rounded off by a thirty minute panel session for which attendees have the opportunity to provide subjects of interest in advance, and a closing social opportunity to meet the team over drinks and nibbles.
