Paul completed his pupillage in September 2013 under the supervision of Seamus Sweeney and Mark Thomas.

Before coming to the Bar, Paul gained 3 valuable years experience through working as an assistant at a solicitors’ firm in the practice areas of Employment and Clinical Negligence.

  • H v G (a partnership), acting for the Claimant at a Preliminary Hearing to determine the issue of Employment Status
  • Advising, and representing at a Preliminary Hearing, a multiple of Claimants in a deduction from wages and breach of contract claim
Road Traffic Accidents

Paul is instructed at all stages of litigation involving road traffic accidents, including cases involving fraud and low velocity impact.

During pupillage, Paul has regularly been involved in MOJ Portal Claims.
