About Abigail Telford
Abigail has a busy personal injury and clinical negligence practice and is regularly instructed both to advise and attend hearings.
Abigail also regularly attends inquests involving a broad range of matters and is experienced dealing with the types of issues that arise in such cases.
Abigail also has experience acting as a junior, most recently appearing as junior to Howard Elgot in the Supreme Court case of Barton v Wright Hassall  UKSC 12 a case involving issues regarding service by email and litigants in person.
Abigail became a tenant in chambers in October 2015, having completed pupillage under the supervision of Richard Copnall, Corin Furness and Stuart Jamieson. During pupillage with Richard Copnall, Abigail was involved in a variety of complex personal injury and clinical negligence cases, and a number of inquests and associated civil actions.
