About Abigail Telford

Abigail became a tenant in chambers in October 2015, having completed pupillage under the supervision of Richard Copnall, Corin Furness and Stuart Jamieson.
During pupillage with Richard Copnall, Abigail was involved in a variety of complex personal injury and clinical negligence cases, and a number of inquests and associated civil actions.
Abigail has a busy personal injury and clinical negligence practice and is regularly instructed both to advise and attend hearings. Abigail regularly attends inquests involving a broad range of issues and is experienced dealing with the range of issues that arise in such cases.
Abigail is currently junior to Howard Elgot on a case due to be heard by the Supreme Court later this year.
