Giorgia completed pupillage in October 2018.
She commenced pupillage in October 2017 under the supervision of Alex Taylor, gaining experience in the fields of private and public children law, financial remedies, TOLATA and Court of Protection. Giorgia began accepting instructions in April 2018.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Giorgia worked as a legal interpreter and translator for 10 years. She regularly appeared in both Italian and English courts, translating in a variety of cases involving immigration law and human rights, criminal law and family law.
During her legal training, Giorgia volunteered for the Personal Support Unit, assisting Litigants in Person in a range of family and civil proceedings, and IPSEA, supporting parents of children with educational needs in their appeals before the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
Giorgia spends most of her free time with her young family. She enjoys cooking, and often hosts dinner parties for friends, testing her skills with different regional dishes.
