Sophie acts on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. She has experience of conference with medical experts, drafting pleadings, advising on liability and quantum, CCMCs and inquests in a clinical negligence context.

In 2017, Sophie was seconded to the personal injury team at Stewarts Law for a month. She was involved with a number of multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims concerning brain and spinal injuries. She assisted in drafting Schedules of Loss and witness statements.
Sophie acts almost exclusively for Defendant insurers, whilst retaining an unusual insight into credit hire from the Claimant perspective, having worked as a credit hire paralegal at Lyons Davidson in the Claimfast team before pupillage.
